Lindsay Ridgley is a strategic communicator with more than 15 years of experience in marketing & communications. She has worked in business-to-business, not-for profit and charitable sectors, providing her with a diverse skillset to draw upon.

Lindsay wholeheartedly believes in the value of relationships and creating a positive environment where everyone feels comfortable, supported and secure. She has been with MACY since January 2024.

In her personal time, Lindsay volunteers for various community groups and events, spends time with her husband, two children and two dogs, and enjoys unwinding with a good book.
