Indigenous Deputy
Presently I am the Indigenous Deputy Advocate for the Manitoba Advocate for Children and Youth. I have numerous years of experience within the Indigenous child welfare systems and most recently as a project coordinator for Manitoba Keewatinowi Okimakanak Inc. (MKO) in the MMIWG Unit. I pride myself on bringing an Indigenous lens perspective and incorporating decolonizing practices within all the work I do.
