Research Analyst
Kelly Barker is a Research Analyst for the Canadian Centre for Child Protection. Her role at the Centre includes domestic and international policy research, open-source information gathering on offender patterns, and leading research projects related to child sexual abuse and technology. She holds a Master’s of Criminal Justice from the University of Winnipeg, during which she completed a research practicum with the RCMP’s Major Crime Services focused on missing person cases. Previously, Kelly conducted research on housing issues in her role as a Research Associate with the Manitoba Metis Federation.
