Academic Partner

Gina Dimitropoulos is a Professor at the Faculty of Social Work, University of Calgary, and holds the UCalgary Research Excellence Chair in System-Level Interventions for Equitable & Accessible Youth Mental Health Services.   Gina is the lead research scientist for Kickstand—Alberta’s Integrated Youth Service and also collaborates on national projects related to integrated youth serves for diverse young people with mental health issues.  She is the academic lead for Hull’s Services Pathways to Prevention.  Gina is the co-director for KINDEX- a national research and knowledge hub for Child and Youth Advocacy Centres in Canada.
