David Rivers, MSW

Vice-President, Clinical and Community Services

David Rivers is Vice-President, Clinical and Community Services at Ranch Ehrlo Society. For more than 30 years, he has developed and overseen specialized treatment services for children, youth, and families. In his current role, David provides leadership to a broad continuum of community and clinical services, including in-home family programs, treatment foster care, community counselling, psychological assessment services, early learning centres, supportive housing, Sports Venture community recreational programming, and respite care for children with complex medical and developmental needs.

David also led the development of Ranch Ehrlo Society’s performance and quality improvement (PQI) framework, including quality of care reviews, policy development, and comprehensive outcomes monitoring and evaluation, supporting a culture of data-driven learning and continual improvement across programs and services.

He holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree with a specialization in clinical practice from the University of Calgary, completed in 1993.
