Abbey Radford, MA

Abbey Radford is a second-year doctoral student in the Clinical Psychology program, supervised by Dr. Christopher Mushquash, at Lakehead University in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Abbey is a citizen of the Métis Nation of Ontario from the Red River Settlement area and has resided in Thunder Bay for most of her life. Abbey’s research interests include community-based participatory research, understanding adverse childhood experiences and sequelae, substance use, and protective factors such as resilience and cultural connectedness among Indigenous populations residing in Canada.
