Dr. Tracie Afifi has been elected as a 2025 Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Health Sciences!

We’re proud to share that Dr. Tracie Afifi has been elected as a 2025 Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Health Sciences (CAHS)! This honour recognizes her outstanding contributions to research on childhood adversity and resilience, and her commitment to promoting the health and well-being of children and families across Canada.

“Election to Fellowship in the Academy is considered one of the highest honours for individuals in the Canadian health sciences community. It entails a commitment to serve the Academy and advance the health sciences across all of the Fellow’s disciplines.”
